New release! The "Seasonal" Awaji Island Burger is now on sale!

 Sawara fishing has been practiced in the Harimanada Sea facing Goshiki Town, Sumoto City, Awaji Island since the Meiji era (1868-1912). We have begun to sell a burger made with Spanish mackerel, a delicious local fish loved by islanders as a local delicacy, which is also in season.
Japanese Spanish mackerel is deep-fried and topped with a special tartar sauce made from chopped onions and sliced Awaji Island onions.
