Awaji Beef Wrapped Hamburger Steak Today is Meat Day" opens tomorrow, March 13!

Thank you very much for visiting the Uzu-no-oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall.

Following "Awaji Island: Milk Bread on the Hill," "Awaji Beef Rolled Hamburger Steak Today is Meat Day" will open tomorrow, on the 13th, at the Uzunooka Sky Terrace of the Uzunooka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Museum!

The company mainly sells "Awaji beef wrapped hamburger steak," in which Awaji beef of the highest A5 grade is wrapped around a hamburger steak and roasted over binchotan (charcoal) fire.

The Awaji beef-wrapped hamburger steak (a hefty 180 grams!), roasted over a binchotan charcoal fire, is characterized by its rich juices, deep flavor, and charcoal aroma that wafts through your nose.

The rice is authentic Hyogo Prefecture Rice Koshien Contest award-winning rice, cooked in a rice oven. Top with a meat-wrapped hamburger steak and a rich Awaji Island free-range egg to make an "egg burger donburi" (rice bowl).

The lunch menu is very satisfying and includes miso soup with a variety of ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms grown at Morinoki Farm on Awaji Island!

The store is located at the Uzu-no-oka Sky Terrace NARU, which is a spectacular view point of Uzu-no-oka. Please stop by with the good smell of charcoal fire.
