UZU NO OKA's "Shima no Ebisu Tai-meshi" (Sea bream rice with a spectacular view) was featured in COOP Station 12!

I want to travel to where the fish come from.

The "Island Ebisu Tai-meshi" (sea bream rice) from Uzu no Oka, a restaurant with a spectacular view, was introduced in COOP Station 12, issued on November 10, 2022!

Awaji Island has been called "Goshoku Kuni" since ancient times and is still known as a treasure trove of food.

Awaji Island Ebisu Tai" is the generic name for natural sea bream landed at fishing ports on Awaji Island. It was named in an effort to promote the deliciousness of natural sea bream from the waters around Awaji Island, and made its debut in 2021. The "Island's Ebisu Sea Bream Meshi" combines "Ebisu sea bream" sashimi with rice, allowing diners to enjoy three different flavors. First, the "tai-don" is a bowl of rice topped with a sashimi of sea bream and island wakame seaweed in wasabi soy sauce. Then, top with an egg yolk and "tai tamago kake gohan" (rice topped with tai egg). For dessert, pour hot special Japanese soup stock over the rice and enjoy the luxurious "tai chazuke" (sea bream stew)! The sea bream from September to November, also known as "autumn-leaf sea bream," is especially delicious as it stores fat to prepare for the cold weather," said Executive Chef Fujimi. It's also the best!" says Executive Chef Yasuyuki Fujimi. There is no way to miss out on this timing!
