On October 12 and 13, our "Awajishima Onion Kitchen" will participate in the "Tottori Burger Festa 2014 4th National Local Burger Grand Prix" to be held in Daisen-cho, Tottori Prefecture, aiming for a second consecutive victory. The new burger we will be entering is the "Awajishima Onion Gratin Burger". It was featured in a large page in the morning edition of today's Kobe Shimbun newspaper. Thank you very much.
As the novelist Kanae Minato once said in the Kobe Shimbun's Wagamachi, "A burger that fits in both hands is filled with the rich nature of Awaji Island, the wisdom and imagination of its creators, and a passionate love for the local area. (It is a burger developed by our production manager, Mr. Utsumi, with this in mind!)
It will be on sale at the Roadside Station Uzushio-Uzumo-Oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Museum from October 1 prior to the Burger Festa! (^^)!
