The Uzuno-oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Museum is located on a small hill near the Awaji Island Minami IC. The "Uzuno-oka Observation Restaurant" on the second floor of the museum is located on a high hill, and although there are many days when the monsoon blows during the winter season due to its location on the hill, a menu item has been added to the restaurant menu to blow away the winter and bring a sense of a glorious spring. The menu was born from the chef's wish to "make flowers bloom in winter when there are few flowers.
The name of the dish is "Kaisen Hana Chirashi Sushi", which is perfect for those who love flowers (^v^).
