The dish using "new onions" that was broadcast today on "Tabi Salad" is available at the Roadside Station Uzushio-Uzumo-Oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall, and will be introduced again.
Awaji Island Burger Tamakatsu: Thickly sliced fresh onions are battered to a "crispy" finish and placed in a bun!　A hearty, hot burger!
　　The Awaji Island Burger is sold at the Roadside Station Uzushio Burger Shop (10:00-16:00) and Cafe Onion on the 1st floor of the Uzunooka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Museum (9:00-16:00).
The price is 500 yen and will be available only until the end of June.
Steamed Roasted Onion: A dish in which whole onions are steamed and roasted to bring out their characteristic "sweetness" to the fullest.　At the Uzunooka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall, 2F, Viewing Restaurant Uzunooka (9:00-16:00), 500 yen
Onion Slice Salad - Fresh onions are best eaten raw!　Sold at the restaurant on the 4th floor of Michi no Eki Uzushio (9:00-16:00) for 315 yen and at the restaurant on the 2nd floor of Uzunooka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall for 400 yen.
