A gluten-free treat made with Awaji Island milk, eggs, rice flour and beet sugar.
Rice flour cream puffs
Both the crust and cream puffs are gluten-free with no flour or white sugar. The sweetness is moderate and you can feel the natural sweetness of rice in abundance. The puff pastry skin is made of rice flour and filled with a diplomat cream, a combination of rice flour custard cream and fresh cream! Please try it for yourself!
Rice flour canele
In order to let customers enjoy the original taste of Awaji Island milk, eggs, and rice flour, the sweetness is kept to a minimum and the amount of rum has been reduced to a minimum. The rice flour gives the cake a crispy outside and a chewy inside. The amount of rum is also reduced so that even small children and those who have never tried canele before can easily enjoy this dish!
