◆"Shishitamae (lion dance)" to celebrate the New Year
On January 2 and 3, "Jade Lion" will appear at Uzu-no-oka. Let's drive away evil spirits and invite good fortune with the powerful dance performed by local young men and women!
The dances will be performed from 11:00 and 15:00 for about 10 minutes each.
Tamashishi (ball lions) appear and disappear throughout the festival. If you want to share your good fortune with the lion, ask the lion to bite you on the head.
