Today, we will show you how to make it!

First, we will deep fry local Oki Foods' special fish cake made with Awaji Island onions and fish paste.

Wait for a few minutes until the fries are golden brown. When the fish is golden brown, turn it over and wait for a while.

Meanwhile, cut octopus, wakame stem, chirimen, and Awaji Island onion into strips, throw in the kakiage, and deep fry them quickly.

And then there is the finishing sauce! The finishing sauce is Awaji Island onion soup thickened in a jellied style to accentuate the flavors of the ingredients themselves.
