At Uzu no Oka, a restaurant with a spectacular view, island okoze, which, despite its appearance, has elegant, light white flesh with a delicious gelatinous skin, will be served as either a "boiled set meal" or a "grilled fish (salted and broiled) set meal" only on February 2.
