Directions to Uzu no Oka, a restaurant with a spectacular view!

Thank you for visiting the Uzu-no-oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall.
Among them, "Uzuno-no-oka Restaurant" on the 2nd floor of the hotel offers a great view of the city,
We have received many customers since our introduction on ABC Asahi Broadcasting Corporation's "Cast" on January 23 (Fri.) and ABC Asahi Broadcasting Corporation's "Cocoiro" on January 27 (Tue.). Thank you very much.
We have many customers who are visiting our store for the first time,
Therefore, we would like to show you a few directions once you arrive!
First, we ask you to park your car in the parking lot right in front of us (free of charge, of course).

The entrance is like this. We hope you will enjoy looking at the various information we have placed until the automatic door at the back of the building.

If you go a little further and look to the right, you will see a menu sign. The recommended menu changes, of course, as various limited menus appear at different times of the year! This is something you should check out!

And if you turn your head to the left, you will see a large introduction of "Uzuno-oka Kaisen Uni Shabu" and "Awaji Island's exquisite fresh sea urchin Hitsumabushi" which have been served to many customers since the TV broadcast, and "Awaji Island 3-year Torafugu Bifuku Nabe" which is only available this season. By the way, I like the sea urchin porridge at the end of the sea urchin shabu. LOL!

A little further in, you will find a spectacular view and the chef and manager introducing various menu recommendations with a nice smile.

Enter the museum and go first to the front left, passing the store Uzu no Oka (Uzumi-no-oka).
S__4227122.jpg
Continue to the back of the building and you will see a sign to go up to the 2nd floor.
S__4227123.jpg
From here, take the stairs or the elevator to the 2nd floor.
S__4227124.jpg
It is a little steep, so we recommend an elevator for guests with limited mobility!
S__4227125.jpg
As you can see in this photo, you can really enjoy the spectacular view of the Naruto Straits when the weather is nice.
S__4227126.jpg
This is the entrance! There is a banner with a great view of fresh sea urchins, explanations of seasonal fish, and the rice used in the restaurant, so please enjoy reading the explanations! Now, it's time to enter the restaurant!
S__4227127.jpg
But, as you might expect, the first to third graders of the "Awaji Island 3-year Torafugu" will welcome you in the water tank, although this is only available during this season!
Unfortunately, everyone was sleeping that day (quite a lot of blowfish always sleep. LOL)
I will be entering the store now.
I hope you got the idea from these quick images.
Sorry if this is not clear!
At Uzu no Oka Restaurant, the chef himself carefully selects the best "emon" (food),
We serve the most delicious "seasonal food" of the season with our original and creative dishes.
At the same time, we would like to convey the origin of the ingredients and the thoughts of the producers so that people can understand why they are delicious and how wonderful they are.
Please visit our restaurant where you can see, taste, and experience the "real Awaji Island" at a special seat with an ocean view.
