Awaji Island's fresh shirasu will finally be available on April 23, 2014 (Wednesday). Each restaurant on Awaji Island will offer customers "fresh shirasu" dishes full of individuality and creativity (^v^)
From April 23 (Wed.), "Awaji no Nama Shirasu Meguri Don", a bowl of rice topped with fresh shirasu, will also be available at "Restaurant Uzunooka" in the Uzunooka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Museum.
